BORED!!!

Literally screaming with boredom here!! No one online, nothing to do, no tapes to watch, no one to talk to...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! any suggestions as to what i could do??? The dodgy weather doesn't help either!

Hair cut

woke up at 6am this morning. i'm adapting to very strange routines this holidays! played the piano - yay! surprise that I could still 'fumble' my way through some of the songs!! went to hurstville again - second day in a row - wonder if i would make it a trifecta tomorrow. anyways, attempted the leila haircut but as expected it didn't quite turn out. in fact...hmmmmm.....no comment. it should be ok in 3 months time when it grows out! again time for lunch!

Mini ipod

Drove to Hurstville. No crashes so I guess that was ok! I just got a mini ipod today. well not really for me but for my sis. But over here sis property = my property

What happened to me cleaning my room? I guess I can do it later! Think I will be occupied with the Ipod for a while once my sis decides to open the package.

Soaking up the atmosphere

I've been awake for a whole 24 hours since yesterday 3am...why am I still awake at 3am when I don't have tapes to keep me company or any studying to do?? I should have said goodnight and hit the sack ages ago. But instead, here I am just trying to soak up the wonderful feeling of not having to do or worry about doing anything. Maybe its the side effect to an over stressed/under slept person. Actually I guess I haven't really been losing that much sleep. Apart from last night I had at least 6-7 hours but I'm just one of those people who need at least 8-9 hours - 10 being ideal -before I can function properly. Plan for later today will be to clean my room. I have an inkling that it might not happen and that I would end up doing something totally different to cleaning. I think I'm feeling the lack of sleep now...my head tells me to sleep otherwise I will wake up with a splitting headache. Okay, enough for now. Yes you can tell I'm bored. Talking about nothing.

FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Finally!!! So relieved its all over!!! For this semester anyway. It was so funny, one of the guys in the exam room screamed 'woohoo' right at the end cause it was his last uni exam ever.

Of course I didn't go straight home after a month rotting at home! Took a while to persuade F to come to dinner with B and me but succeeded in the end. Ate at Ramen. Couldn't decide what to eat - settled on terayaki fish. Next time I should stay away from terayaki cause that's all I ever order. Glad it wasn't raining and it was quite warm as well which was really good!

Train delay on the way home....

Now...what should I do for the next three weeks??...hmmmmmm....

All alone

Everyone in the house has gone to bed! I want to sleep too! But there's still so much to be done. The next question is why am I still online? I don't have an answer for that - maybe because I got bored of studying. A bit less than 40 hours before its all finish. Was gonna pull an all nighter but don't think that's gonna happen since I'm already yawning like crazy!! I should shut up now once again for the next 40 hours.

It's kinda like doing the 40 hour famine...haha..but instead of starving myself I'll starve my net craving. Seriously I don't know what's so good about the net - not that there's anything utterly fascinating that I have to be on like at least 5 hours every day. I'm glad my download limit is unlimited - since the change from 400mb to unlimited, my monthly download is over a gig - and I don't even have cable. I have no idea what I download either. Not that many songs and I don't even download movies!! It's just all a mystery I guess.

Heard of Mrs Fields? If you're a cookie lover I would recommend it...in the food court in Town Hall - just had some 'semi sweet chocolate and macademia cookie'. Quite nice! My amount of time spent blogging might suggest how much work I'm getting done...sigh....

Lost

Don't know how to study for tax cause there's so much you seem to have to know!! Don't really know where to start. Have approx 2.5 days left to study for it. I'm so confused! All those legislation sections and text reading. I don't think I'll even touch the textbook! Aii...yup me at it again. Complaining to the max!

Feeling weird....

Just had one of those exams where you think things will be ok since you were given the actual exam format. But upon entering the exam room you start feel to weird and by the end of the three hours you feel that its taken so much outta you. Have a sick feeling in my stomach now. Don't know why...not good.

On the other hand there's this funny argument (not quite) happening in the discussion forum of our psyc course - post exam discussion! This is coming from the lecturer:

"i'm afraid that looks like a mistake, as i was to have lectured on
those topics, but now that you mention it, i'm not sure i ever did.
i'm going to go back and look at my notes, but if i didn't get to
those studies, then i'll remove those two items from the exam."

and one from a student:
There were two questoins in there for social about the effect of your name and being
born near Christmas ... I never heard of either of these ... has anyone else?

and yet another student:
Yes, it was not in the prescribed textbook readings either, if it was in forgas then that
shouldnt of been in there ... I reckon this is a rehash of last yrs exam and someone
forgot to mention it in lectures ...

Cold

It is freezing or what...definitely feeling the winter chill now. What have I been doing? Should be studying but really have not been able to concentrate. Instead just eating ice cream and download songs - funny I'm complaining that its cold.

Retrograde

Argghh...have reverted back to my procrastinating self again! Have done nothing all night - haven't even had dinner yet and its 10pm. Time flies when you not even having fun..apart from blogging and replying to comments! Have headache but could I really cram stats in one day? I'll have a think about that one...

The thought of having 2 exams is daunting and studying for it is a pain cause once you study one subject you kinda forget the stuff of the other. But once its out of the way its such a relief! Yippee! I can say two down in one day!! One more on friday and the FINAL one on Tuesday....6 days to go. I'm just counting down to the final moment of the semester and then I'm freeeeee.

Fi why do you always disappear on me? TWICE today!! Right before entering the exam and right afterwards!! I was walking in front of you and was about to turned around to say something but instead find you missing...oh well. Don't remember what I wanted to say anyway..hehe.

Less than 48 hours before exams and I'm still online. Don't think it can get any worse than this! All I want to do is concentrate but why is it sooooo hard??? I really should stop checking out those forums for at least a couple of days...come on..only 8 days until its all over!! I'm just trying to psych myself up. Aiii...this is driving me insane! Wouldn't it be nice to have a black out then I won't be able to come online?? Crazy thoughts and ideas clouding my mind. It should be filled with audit and social psychology knowledge, not about.....ok I'll have another attempt at studying by sitting at my desk. wind: so sorry to dissapoint u guys...i didnt take any pictures...my god it was really really packed there..i could hardly breathe in the crowd...they were pushing ans it was really hard for me to get a clear look at three of them.

wind: haha..but i was lucky cause i saw the rehearsal part..and that was even a closer view than in the concert itself...ray was so playful and cheerful ...laughing all the time...he wuz so cute!...and he looks great wearing those glasses.

I agree: i totally agree with you. It just doesn't make sense why someone would go to a concert especially one with the stars and not take any picture. It's just my opinion.

I agree 2: Its not that often that stars like Ron, Ray, and Kevin come to your country for a concert, it doesnt make sense not to take pics.

Why bother

Don't know why I even bother blogging when there's nothing to say. Maybe it's just a way of saying and reminding myself that each time I look at this, I should be spending my time doing something more productive!! This current moment: overwhelmed by work not done!!

Have exam on Wednesday and lecture notes are still not up yet...that's a bit slack isn't it? Where are you F??

Frustrated...

I was SOOO sure that I saved my work in word. I don't even remember closing the file either. But when I re-opened the file, half the stuff I typed up disappeared!! WT??? Half of my work for the night all gone within 2 seconds. Not typing up notes anymore!! Arghhhhhh!!!!!

Record breaker!

For those who don't know, I have a habit of having late dinners. Having dinner at 5pm is probably one of the earliest dinners in a longgggggg time. But it doesn't end here. Had KFC for dinner. Another one of the rare days. Probably haven't had KFC for dinner for at least 10 years. Two unusuals in a day - not bad! After watching Sydney Weekender I feel like going out and about!!

Routine update

Guess I did a bit of work today but struggling with my concentration again!! Questions about psyc...F check icq!..hehe. Seems like my eyesight is getting worse...things looking blurry. Must go and get it checked in the holidays. Hopefully I'll survive the year without going blind. Mum always go I read to close. Maybe I do but just can't help it! It feels more comfortable that way!

Is it getting colder or is it just me? Its very cold in the house. My face is feeling very dry and scaly. Make myself sound like a reptile...haha. Red rashes coming up. Sleeping late these days but also means waking up VERY late. My whole morning basically disappears. Was meant to wake up 2 hours earlier than I actually did. Oh well.

I think I'm addict to those discussion forums...3 particular ones to be precise and a couple of other websites too. Can't help it! Geez, did I say that phrase twice in one blogging!! CAN'T HELP IT! I shall now indulge in a bit of ice cream and chocolate. So what if its bad for me...can't help it!! Self control is sometimes almost impossible!!

I guess everyone else is doing exactly what I 'should' be doing i.e. offline studying HARD!!!! Good on ya guys!! Can't say the same for me...

Ahhhh...just knocked my cup of tea over! Its all good - no electrocution...actually maybe some electrocution might spark some sense into me.
