Disappointed

Have yet to find a cake shop that provides my family with 100% satisfaction! It could be that mango is not in season so it wasn't particularly sweet but the sponge was nice. Comments made about the cream was that it was not 'aromatic' enough...hopefully next time will be a better one. I bet you next time, they'll say the cake will be too sweet...sigh. Hard to satisfy!!! But then again I guess without criticism there will be no improvement!
